jumptracker@shader.beJumpTracker detects your jumps using the Apple Watch sensors (accelerometer, GPS) during the session. For each jump, the app computes the height and hang time, and keeps the session record. No interaction needed: just keep the watch on your wrist.
Measurements are indicative. They are computed from the watch sensors and can vary with conditions (watch position, GPS, sea state). JumpTracker is a sports and recreational tool: it is neither a certified measuring instrument nor a safety device.
On your iPhone, open a synced session and choose to publish it — with a photo if you like. Publishing is always voluntary: nothing is shared until you decide to. A complete rider profile is required to publish.
A published session is publicly visible to other users: it appears in the spot feed and the spot rankings with your username, your measurements, the day's weather and your optional photo. You remain responsible for what you publish — unpublished sessions stay private.
The wind, gusts and direction shown on your sessions and spots come from the service météorologique tiers service, queried with the spot coordinates at session time. This data may differ from actual conditions on the water.
You can delete your local sessions directly in the app. To delete a published session, a photo or your entire account (including profile and published sessions), simply send a request to support at jumptracker@shader.be: deletion is carried out within a reasonable time.
